The main character Faith reminds me of several good southern friends of mine, but unlike the ones I know, Faith is mistakenly identified as a wealthy Texan's missing daughter and hired to travel to Dallas to impersonate the young woman who vanished.

This journey is well worth taking with Faith. It has many twists and turns, and any woman will find her heart beating double time during the scenes where Nicholas Scott shows up.
As an avid reader, I'm great at solving mysteries long in advance, but this one had me guessing right up to the very end. When the truth was finally uncovered, I was shocked! The bittersweet ending left me smiling through tears. I read Veil of Secrecy in 2 sittings -- I just couldn't put it down -- and it is no doubt the best novel I've read this year.

I am a readaholic so when I heard of this book I had to get it! Couldn't put it down, read until I was done. Can't wait for the second one to come out! If you really want a good reading book, this is the one. Will get it for my book collection that's for sure!

When you read a book that you just can't put down....you remember it. "Veil of Secrecy" by Remona Winnie is one of those books. It snares the reader early on, and never lets the reader go. I loved it and can't wait for her next book to be released. Remona weaves a great story and I think we are going to hear a lot more from her in the future.

This book is truly inspiring. Every page is well crafted and detailed. I enjoy books that create a scene so profound that I can in vision exactly what the writer is trying to depict and have such a clear image of how each character looks, the setting, and emotions that are withing the novel. If you want a great read to cuddle up to and literally be hooked on until it's finished, Veil of Secrecy by Remona Winnie is a winner! :)

it was a really good book but as you can see all the reviews are from salem va and the writer just happens to live there and the first one is from the writter her self so that is not very helpful but it was a very good book
