Another quick one-hour-time-slot filler from the folks at the Learning Channel. If you have only a passing interest in performance automobiles, then this production might interest you. Most of the time is taken up with shots of Ferraris, Porsches, and Lamborghinis speeding through European mountain scenery. There are a few interviews with the technicians and designers of these famous marques, but nothing goes much deeper than "our cars are cool and fast." Fast Cars also features a celebrity voice-over by Jay Leno that sounds like it was recorded in one take. --Kristian St. Clair
