A Velodyne spectacular!,

The Velodyne SPL1200R 12 Inch Powered Subwoofer has a spectacular depth of range! It has no hum or feedback, comes with a remote control, allowing control to on/off and an adjustment to the volume, the phase, and pre-sets of EQ (equalization) to compliment the kind of music you enjoy listening to. I selected the cherry cabinet over the glossy black because I wanted an individual look, not just a blended system appearance. In fact, when using the SPL 1200R, sometimes I have to check to see if the sub is working--all of this due to the smooth integration with the NHT L/R speaker mains. This sub is most musical, not just a fat thump underlying the sound, or pumping. It has no difficulty pitching separate, low notes. I have been acquainted with Velodyne for years and am pleased that, no longer having to compromise the lower range of music, after purchasing other subs, I finally can truly enjoy the beautiful, full range of music!
