Book Description

January 1, 2002 Nexus
Henry Truscott, hero of The Rake and Purity returns in Velvet Skin to continue his habits of indulgence and dissipation.

There are ample opportunities in eighteenth-century Devon for an imaginative aristocrat to pursue his peversions. Even so, Henry manages to find himself in trouble - like being caught pony-carting on his own land by the local vicar, for example.

But the fiendish, rapacious Lewis Stukley makes Truscott look like a monk - and Stukley has designs on Suki, Truscott's beguiling new servant-girl.

5.0 out of 5 stars Erotica for specific tastes, July 4, 2003

(REAL NAME)
This review is from: Velvet Skin (Nexus) (Mass Market Paperback)
Velvet Skin as it's name should foreward is light S&M erotica and also entails some considerable bathroom sex ... it's not really my cup of pee ... ooops I mean tea ... but again erotica is really dependent on the reader and the eye of the beholder.

The story is set, probably in Victorian times, in the backwoods of England where the wealthly landowners love to attend church on Sunday to break their routine of violating practically every women that comes nearby. This one is different in that it contains the oddity of a black maid who is kidnapped by a jealous husband and then supposedly re-sold as a modern day slave.

4.0 out of 5 stars Henry Truscott does a little chocolet dipping, October 23, 2007
This review is from: Velvet Skin (Nexus) (Mass Market Paperback)
Velvet Skin is a smut filled little book with all the debauchery and filth we've come to expect from Aishling Morgan. I was overjoyed to see a beautiful black women in the lead role of this buggery fest. The story is well written and makes a lot of sense in the historical setting, but it is the over the top sexual adventures that make this story come alive. Henry and Eloise continue their usual libertine lifestyle while Suki their new maid serves as the centre of the couples reverse oreo. There aren't a lot of coloured women in mainstream erotica so Suki was a pleasant addition to this book, I can only hope that this trend will continue and spread to other writers. This novel does reach out to certain tastes, luckily for me they were my tastes - so I loved it, for those of you who don't enjoy reading about girls being pee'd on don't worry it only happens one or three times - no biggy. One scene near the end is absolutly outrageous it involves: Henry and Eloise, a gaggle of whores and a group of miners - brillent!!
