Let me be straight forward in saying that I rarely (if ever) buy into homeopathic medicines. However, for the sake of "why not?" I decided to give Venapro a try. I did a lot of reading up on it, before ordering, and the general consensus is that it is fairly effective.
I disagree.
No, I did not use the product for the suggested 6 month usage, however, as many reviews will state, change can be noticeable within the first few weeks to month. I noticed zero change.
The pills did not give me 'horrendous' diarrhea, as some others say, but they did make me feel bloated and gassy.
The spray is more than 80% alcohol, which is why you are instructed to spray it under your tongue (super strong alcohol taste in background of plant-you-probably-dont-want-to-eat flavor...you know what I mean). Its as strong as listerine.
I followed the instructions: 2 pills/day, 3 two-squirt sprays/day for over 7 weeks before I decided it just wasnt worth the hassle anymore.

My hemorrhoids are not what I would call serious - theyre more like an inconvenience. Internal and external. Yippie.
If you're reading this and have serious hemrrhoids, consult a proctologist about band ligation or cryo treatment (because thats the only way youre going to get rid of them).
If yours are more mild, I suggest you forget about this all together and stick with over the counter pads and creams...and stop reading the paper or playing gameboy on the toilet.

Since stopping use of the product, Ive decided to make the oh-so-difficult "lifestyle change" that the truly well-informed always tout.
I drink a full 8-10 glasses of water/day (approx 2 litres) from an aluminum water bottle. Helps me keep track.
I started taking a fiber supplement (because I cant always remember to eat THAT many high fiber fruits and veggies)
It has only been a week since I started these 2 things and Ive noticed a MUCH greater change than what I did in the numerous weeks of Venapro.

I purchased this product (from venapro directly) under a "30 day money back guarantee". After many years of suffering I tried it. After 30 days it had no results. I tried to get my money back and they don't do that, they won't take any open packs or refund money. Apparently they really don't have a 30 day warranty after all.

This product claims that there are no side effects but this is not true. After not even two days of using the product (3 of the colon pills and 5 sprays) I experienced the worst diarrhea I have ever had. It was awful. It lasted about 36 hours and was very difficult to control with anti-diarrheal medications. I was extremely dehydrated and it felt like I was preparing for a colonoscopy. Definitely check with your doctor before using this product and I would even suggests starting with smaller doses so that you can see how your body will react.

The worst part of this review will be that this product REALLY worked for me! I dont have a huge hemorrhoid problem just the kind that gets bad a few times a year. I am going through the worse hemorrhoid pain I have ever had right now and have had A LOT of blood in the toilet after bowel movements. OTC products just were not working this time around. I surfed the web and found VENAPRO so decided to give it a shot. Within just 2 days I had barely and blood on my toilet paper and NONE in the toilet. It was also MUCH easier to go to the bathroom - I was in HEAVEN. Here comes the bad news. I had schedule an appt with my gastroenterologist when my hemorrhoids werent going away to discuss what I should do. Even though the Venapro was working I kept my appt and decided to still talk to him about my problem. I told him about Venapro and asked him if he had ever heard of it. He hadn't so he said he would google it to make sure it was safe for me to use. Here comes the REALLY bad. It's not safe. Apparently there are 2 ingredients in Venapro that he says to stay away from. The first is Cascara. He said its an addictive laxative and once stopped I WON'T be able to go. THE FDA banned cascara in the use of laxatives in 2002. Here is a caption I found today about cascara "Using cascara regularly for a long period of time can permanently damage your digestive tract and make you dependent on laxatives for bowel movement". The other ingredient was Red Sage but I cant really remember why he said I should stay away from that ingredient...I was still to focused on what he told me about Cascara. He said Venapro was working because cascara is a super laxative that was making it easier to go to the bathroom. He told me to start taking Miralax daily and gave me a prescription for a numbing cream to use before bowel movements. Those are the safest option out there.

Well, I've been using this product for almost two months and it is working. Pain lessened after two weeks of use. Pain and symptoms at almost two months of use are 85% better. Not totally gone, but I do think it will be gone once I have completed the full six months of use. I would recommend this product. It really does work. Give it a try. Also remember to keep up your fiber intake and drink lots of water. Good luck to you!

I think what it boils down to is that Venapro works magic for some folks and wastes the money of others. I found it affordably on Amazon and thought that the good reviews overrode the bad and so tried it out. It has been over two weeks with ZERO results. My condition isn't what you would call severe, just inconvenient. At the same time I began taking Venapro, I also enacted some lifestyle changes: drinking lots of water, taking a fiber supplement, icing the area, using Tucks pads, taking ibuprofen to reduce swelling, and eating healthy foods. Even after all of this, I still have not noticed a difference. Maybe I am just a tough case, and like I said, maybe Venapro is a life saver for some folks. Just not for me. No adverse side effects, though.

I bought the one month supply of this product. I took it as directed on the bottle and after one month I didn't see any difference AT ALL. This product is a complete waste of money.

This is a great product! I have had a full recovery of my hemmoroids. I cant even tell that I had a problem. In just a week there was % 50 improvement. Now after three weeks I have no problems at all! Love this product and plan to keep using Venapro !
