3.0 out of 5 stars good detail and how-to pictures, October 16, 1999

This review is from: Venison: From Field to Table (Hardcover)
This is the book that I used the first time I butchered and package a deer. It explains various ways of butching, and the purpose for each. The pictures are a great help too. There are a lot of recipes to try too. Although I didn't find a sausage recipe that I liked, there are many other recipes for cooking that looked good.

I'm trying to find the book now to put in my personal library that I can use for reference in the future.
