Venon Pro Radio Bag Review, October 19, 2010
= Durability:3.0 out of 5 stars = Fun:3.0 out of 5 stars = Educational:3.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: Venom Pro Radio Bag: Spektrum DX5 / DX6 / DX7 /DX8 (Toy)
Hi All,
I bought this Venom Pro radio Bag, the look of the bag is good has a small venom logo on the right side however there are some things which I wished could have been their, they are as follows
I wish the body of the cover was a little bit stronger and had some foam padding inside so even if accidently I dropped the transmitter nothing would happen to it, but not in this case you will have be carefull even if it's inside the bag.
Also from the Picture it looks like the front has a pocket in which you can store your spare receivers or binding plugs and small tools etc. but no this bag does not have any pockets in or out side.
So oever all for this price I would say its' an OK bag not a great one.
Thanks
Amit

Until recently, I had been carrying around my Spektrum DX6i in one of those aluminum cases with the foam inserts that you can tailor and adjust to whatever it is you want to store in it. The only issue is, is that a case like this can be cumbersome and take away precious storage space in your car trunk. Well, the Venom Pro Radio Bag seemed to be the perfect solution since it is just large enough to carry my DX6i transmitter without taking up too much space. While the case is not completely hardened, it will survive most knocks and drops without major damage to your transmitter. There is even a small orange carrying strap (not pictured) at the back that can be used to lug this case around. The only thing I would have liked to see is some pockets to put extra batteries in, but other than that, this is a great case. One thing I noticed is that this case is somewhat water resistant but not water proof. So it will handle light rain should you find yourself running to your car or house when it starts to rain. I can't comment on it's durability as time will tell how long this case holds up. But I do enjoy the small form factor and the fact that it does offer substantial protection without being too much of a hassle to carry around. All things considered, I am very happy with this case! :-)

Case is perfect for protecting your Radio. just enough extra room for you neck strap. Feel safe carrying your radio around without a big over sized case
