The dvd is cute-but once was enough. Years ago I bought the videos Men are from Mars Women from
Venus--I found the book and parts of the dvd to be a reiteration of the above. Actually I was looking to find out what supplements I could purchase locally that would help me--I thought I could figure out the supplements and buy the ingredients at the local health food store. NOPE.
I had heard John Gray on a free phone conference--and I thought what he was explaining would be in detail in the book. SO I would say, go to his site and buy the supplements-if you wanna change your receptivity and your hormone/stress levels. The next time I want to garner John Gray's wisdom, I am going to sign up for one of his workshops. I was one of 5 friends who bought it and watched it--ranging in age from 50 to 65-1 couple and 3 single hip self supporting ladies. I think we all thought is was okay but would rather have just watched it at a friend's house. Like I said, visit his website if you want less stress, more sleep, better health and sex-his supplements and morning drink ideas are great.

I have just received your book, I had already red this book from a friend and I liked a lot.
