This map has a great map of the city of Veracruz as well as a few other cities including Xalapa. It has great detail and markers. It's in Spanish if that bothers anyone, but most of the places already have Spanish names anyway. It is sort of laminated and folds easily. We're planning on renting a car and doing some driving, so this map is indispensible to us. Even if you aren't driving, you can learn a lot from a map like this.
