I absolutely love these CD-Rs! I compose my own music on a home recording studio, & these CD-Rs have never let me down. I admit I originally bought them for the cool retro look, but I've read lately that Verbatim makes pretty professional grade media products.

I had been burning CD's on Maxell...and tossing out every other one as they wouldn't format correctly. I tossed my remaining stack as soon as I first recorded on one of these. Perfection. Sound was excellent. I burned numerous CD's in a row and had no problems. And I love the vinyl record look -- though it makes me miss vinyl all the more. I won't buy any other brand but Verbatim from now on.
