There's not much to say about my previous purchase. It's a Verbatim product, and I've always been impressed with their quality since 2001. I don't use any other blank DVD media for my Dual-Layer Multi DVD burner except those that are made by Verbatim. They're the best!

In a nutshell . . . if you need to burn something onto a DVD that is larger than 4.7GB, buy these disks!!!

If you've ever tried to burn something onto a DVD and gotten the error stating there isn't enough space then look no further, this is the way to solve that dilemma.
When it comes to burning disks (images, movies, data, music) sometimes the standard 4.7GB 120min capacity DVDs aren't enough. Thank goodness there is Verbatim!

It's not hard to find large capacity DVD+R disks, you can find them at Walmart or any office supply store. The DVD-R disks however are pretty hard to come buy.
So when I found these I was overjoyed. The burn speed is standard for this size (4x) which is slower than regular size 4.7GB disks, but the wait is worth it.

Verbatim is known for their quality disks. It's a DVD so expect fingerprints to be more of a nuisance than on a typical CD, but Verbatim disks clean easy and don't streak as bad.
Many proclaim that the 8.5GB capacity DVD-R disks reduce the video quality from what you expect from a DVD down to what you'd get from a VHS, but I can't say that for these disks.
The images (video and stills) that I've burned are crisp and void of the VHS pixilation. And with 215 min (well over 3 hours) worth of recordable media, you definitely will have enough space.
