Other than what is printed on the shutter/disc cover slide and what is printed on the sheet of stickers these "Branded" discs appear to be identical to the Panasonic discs.

But since they are quieter in my recorder and since 2 out of 3 Panasonic DVD-RAM cartridges I have purchased recently have been damaged I will probably continue to purchase these "Verbatim" discs in the future instead of Panasonic.

Product was not exactly what I thought it would be. I thought it would be a dual layer DVD. Maybe the description should be more especific.
