Perhaps the product details were not available when you bought the book, but they currently state that the language is German. Hope that this helps others!

In the posting for this book, it was never stated that the language in which this copy of the book was offered was NOT English. Now that I returned it, weeks have turned into months and still no notice of a refund.

Map of Stockholm or IKEA catalog?,

I bought the German translation of the book which came highly recommended by a family member. As a detective story, it makes a good read. I did not like the excessive detail given by the author when he describes the heroine's IKEA purchases complete with IKEA item names. The hero's walks in Stockholm are anotated with street names and I was able to create a better picture of the situation(s) by logging into Google Earth and pulling up the street-level plans of the city.
The book is the second of a trilogy...I don't know yet if I will buy the first and third one. Maybe I will because books in modern German halp me come to grips with the new German spellings. |
