I have had two of these in less than two years. These machines are unreliable. Both machines had COMPLETE software/hardware failures within 6 months of use. I am not a heavy user either!

This is a fantastic terminal. I have been selling wireless terminals for over 12 years now and Verifone has done a fantastic job with this one.
Most wireless terminals are slow, bulky and have multiple parts to them that can be lost or broken. With its built-in printer, gprs capability and rechargeable battery, this is a winner.
