Good:
I would give 10 stars for its battery backup, I have used used this phone for long hours on handset speaker phone, it goes on and on... loving it because that matters to me the most and I think to everyone.
Looks are great.

Bad:
Very unfriendly user interface, not very intuitive to find even simple things like missed calls, dialled numbers, alarm etc so it needs lots of improvement there.

End of all I would highly recommend this product to others for sure. I am loving it...

Out of all the cordless phones I have owned, this one offers the best recption. I was able to walk to my neighbor's house and use the phone. When I did this, there was some static in the phone but it worked. The only problem with the phone is the loading screens are slow and sometimes the phone acts slow when I am trying to dail a number.

I have used this product. Quality is good but in terms of user friendlyness, I am finding trouble in getting the missed calls.

We bought this phone about a year ago and have just replaced the batteries in the handset for the first time (which I was happy to discover were AAA and not some specialty phone battery pack like the older cordless phones used). I couldn't really figure out how to get the back off so just pried it and it popped right off. The phone is slow to go back to the screen when you hang up and want to redial another number- I say slow, but I also have no patience...it takes about 5 seconds, but it feels like 30. The phone holds its charge for a long time- I have talked on the handset for up to 2 hours at a time. I can walk all the way to the end of our road and it still works w/ fine reception (easily the length of a football field). All in all, an excellent phone for a great price!

I have had this phone for about a year, and am very disappointed. The battery typically lasts less that 1/2 an hour, and the reception is terrible on the other end (people tell me that I am breaking up, so I switch to the land line on the same circuit, which is fine). I replaced a V-tech phone that worked fine except for the charger. There is no recourse for this item that has been performing poorly from the start, no customer service available that might exchange the phone if the battery were defective, e.g.
I am not buying any more "Verizon" phones.

It's impossible to hear the person on the other end. This makes it a bad phone. Even disregarding this fact, the phone performs poorly at other basic tasks such as reliably recording the numbers of incoming calls.

This is a great phone for the price. It replaced a much older cordless phone. I'm happy with the advanced features. The only fault I've found is the menus can be kind of difficult to navigate. Other than that, the battery lasts a long time (never had it die yet and my wife talks to her family for quite a while). The reception is fine for me. Works well throughout our 2 story house.

The battery dies after less than half an hour. It has happened twice already. It seems to be charging properly.

this phone is too small making it difficult to see and also too complicated.... will never make use of all the features .

generally fine...but the construction quality doesn't seem to be high...cheap keys and plastic covers...low quality display also....but the most disappointing point was sound quality...I was expecting crystal clear sound...there is a noise on the back ground...I didn't experience any interference with my other wireless devices...also there is a Caller-ID problem with MagicJack...it doesn't show the numbers...also when you are dialing on the keypad of the phone sometimes the dialed digits are not transfered correctly...probably I will be returning the phone...
