I agree with the other reviewer, great for fans of paramore. You can also get a free copy of the song "past praying for" on purevolume.com. I especially like the song "the hider".

Versaemerge is phenomenal. I've got their full-length album and cannot stop listening to it. I listen to them and I go, "where the hell did these guys come from?". They sound like seasoned, veteran song writers that have been playing for years. They're like Paramore meets Dream Theater with hints of Rush in the lyrics - but with their own identity. If you've never heard them, get their full-length album "Fixed at Zero" before you get this EP because it's better - but get this EP afterwards because it's also awesome. I hope this band sticks around and stays as good as they are on these two albums.

I think I just found a favorite new band of mine. Simply put, VersaEmerge is amazing. I'm a huge fan of Paramore, Flyleaf, etc. and from the second I listened to VersaEmerge, I knew I would love them. This EP is flatout awesome! Shame it's only an EP, can't wait until their full album (I'm not sure if their self produced album,Perception, count's, as they have recently signed with Fueled By Ramen). Guys, girls, fans of Paramore, do youself a favor and pay [...] for this download, you will not regret it. I forsee this band becoming really popular.

I purchased the VersaEmerge EP through Mp3 downloads a while back and I am extremely satisfied with them. The songs are great and the sound quality is excellent. Plus it was very simple to upload the Mp3 files to my iTunes once I had purchased them. The best part was not having to wait; as soon as my order was approved, I was given the link to download the songs right then.

Usually I don't buy anything EP, but this band is awesome! I can't wait for future music.
Even though many might compare them to Paramore, well... I have all of Paramore's music, I think their style is completely different. But if you are comparing them saying that Paramore is awesome too, well yes, you will like them like that.
