I've looked for the perfect scent for years...and Bright Crystal just blew me away. There aren't any overbearing base notes - the ones that we're sick of when our perfume wears a little while. It's completely unpretentious and fresh without being so light it doesn't have character. The pommegranate is what does it. I smelled it over and over on my skin and couldn't figure out what that extra little kick/twist was and that's it! Alright - and the peony in place of the standard gardenia. How can I further it? It's perfectly layered, never bite-y and it doesn't take until it dries to emit the fragrance you're looking for. You could wear it night or day in my opinion - it's so classy. In my opinion, it's as if perfume makers were struggling to go in that scent direction (peony, gardenia, rose etc.), and versace finally got there.

Light, fresh, and feminine, and very springy. This perfume wears easily, isn't too heavy, and as the name implies, is something of a sparkling floral. I find this scent to be very nice, but also fairly non-descript. This is your garden variety light floral perfume. It's pleasant to wear, it will make you smell nice, but by no means unusual or unique.

I purchased the perfume At Macy's, later saw it on Amazon for half the price. I thought it to be a "no-brainer". So I returned the department store one & ordered the one off of Amazon! When the box arrived it seemed, at first to be the same. Then I noticed there were 2 slits on the top of the box, covered with silver tape. Opened it, sprayed it. It had a small, hint of a scent. Barely.
I've not used it much since I got it, 2 months ago, but after my shower today, sprayed it. Now, it has no smell at all!! NONE!
And this item CANNOT BE RETURNED!! Go figure. I rate this -10 stars!

I have an addiction to perfumes. CONSTANTLY I am searching for the perfect fragrance for the season. Macci, Organza, Burberry Brit in the winter --- Light Blue by Dolce, Vera Wang and Jessica McClintock in the summer. HOWEVER, Spring is a season that requires something special....and VERSACE DID IT! This captures everything you want to smell as soon as the last snow melts! It is fresh, airy, not OVERLY flowery....and just strong enough not to sicken you and the people around you but have them coming around you just to get a snif! You MUST HAVE THIS FOR THE SPRING!!!

I love Versace and then i decided to buy it here! But i still have the leftovers of my older Versace that i bought in store and i compared the two of them:one from Nordstrom and the on from Amazon. The one from Amazon has scent for couple min and thats all. The one from nordstrom smells long and it take just a bit of it!!! I am very disappointed. This is definetly fake!!!!Waste of money!!! Dont get fooled by cheap price , it doesnt worth it!!!

After the first time I tried the scent out from a sample, I had to have it, so I bought it in store and paid 2-3 times more. I used to wear Clinique Happy, but as I got older, that just seemed like a very young scent and I much prefer the sophisticated but feminine scent of Versace Bright Crystal.

I'm not sure where the other reviewers got their perfume, but I purchased the one offered directly through Amazon with the super saver shipping it's the real deal. Nothing fake, no diluted scent, no issues whatsoever. Don't buy from the independent sellers.

It's long-lasting. Although you may not smell on yourself after a while - trust me, it's there - I get compliments on it all day long - even after a 12 hour day at the office or after hours in the heat.

I'm a single 20-something and dates seem to go gaga over this scent and it's permanently embedded in my linens, clothing, car, etc. just from how often I wear it - the scent lingers in my closet and on my mattress and pillows so even after I wash everything, it's still around - which I love! You may even want to spritz a tiny bit on your closet rail or your pillows before you put on the pillow case and for half price, you can afford to use a few sprays here and there like that.

Perfumes change with your own body chemistry so I recommend trying it on in a store first or getting a sample before you purchase.

Very pleased with this purchase and will continue to buy my perfume this way. I'm about due for another bottle.

Also, do try to purchase it in the winter, the heat and shipping time will impact the scent.

By the way, I purchased the 3oz one for $45.99 - I'm not sure if the different options (1.5oz/3oz, boxed/unboxed) make a difference on which one is real and which one is a knock-off.

I normally don't prefer perfumes because of their strong scent that tends to linger. This one however is different. It has a very light fresh scent that doesn't smell like bar soap. It's hard to describe the scent through words but it has a very fresh and clean smell to it. I don't think I'm the only one who likes it, because I had many people ask me what this scent was. Before buying it online, I would suggest going to a local mall and testing it out.

The Versace bought from net company does not seems to be original, when i opened it it looked perfectly fine as it had the same smell as original but now even opening the bottle does not gives you much smell and neither does the smell much lasts on you clothes. This was my first perfumes net purchase, I will prefer to buy this from stores paying little more dollars.

I honestly was skeptical and predetermined from other reviews, ordering perfume over the Internet would end as a complete nightmare, but luckily I saved myself the heartache and found this item sold by Amazon and shipped with the Free Super Saver offer. I honestly wasn't going to order from a second party company on this site, besides that is what that bidder shopping website is for, along with the heartache and rip off. Im glad I found this offer because this fragrance I received was in great condition, a wonderful scent that has a balance of not being too girlie but still withstands from smelling too mature or musky, its fresh,fruity,sweet,airy,with a hint of floral thats not overbearing i.e. 'the old lady smell' and not a hint of citrus, which I hate, and seems to be in a lot of fragrances nowadays. Also in comparison to the price I paid to the initial price of $80, I love this stuff.

Only complaint I have is pertaining to the chunky top to open the bottle, its ridiculously impossible to open at times, its like a stubborn door nob.

Always on the search for the next fragrance in my collection, I purchased Bright Crystal at the Duty Free shop in the Lima airport. I liked the sensuous, soft scent and the magnificent packaging. To my surprise, it wears off so fast! after a couple of hours you can hardly tell I applied this fragrance to my skin or my clothes.. nothing like the Versense by Versace of the delicious and classis J'adore by Dior... even after laundering my clothes, the scent is still there... so I'm utterly disappointed and genuinely regret having spent the money on this lovely looking but inffectual fragrance. WILL NOT RECOMMEND, WILL NOT PURCHASE AGAIN, WILL TRY TO RETURN to vendor!
Stick to the delicious Versense by Versace, J'adore by Dior, Romance by Ralph Lauren and the classic yet still wonderful First by Van Cleef & Arpels...
New scents I'd recommend are the new Bulgari blue and the surprinsingly soft "New Tressor" by Lancome.
