After reading the reviews that said it didn't work out of the box, I went to the company website, and emailed them to ask if I bought it from them, would they cover the shipping for an exchange (both ways) if it didn't work, and they said they would. They are selling it 2 for $69, and I also found a coupon on the web for 20 percent off and free shipping so it was must cheaper than footsmart. And it works - and although my use (for an old foot injury that causes the tendons to contract) is very specific, it happens to be wonderful for me - while my foot is "stronger" than any other device that I've tried, this thing really exerts enough pressure to stretch my toes and reduce the swelling in my foot. It may take me a few tries to get it just in the right position, but when I do, it's awesome. Also I didn't see it mentioned anywhere, but it has a group of acupressure type bumps which are great if you have a small spot that you really want to "get into". I will say that it's not exactly a durable thing - after using it nightly for about a month the Velcro isn't quite tight enough, and I want a new one, and it eats batteries like crazy (you might think it's broken when it inflates once and then shuts off, but it's really low batteries and will work fine when you replace them. Not the deal of the century, and not a long lasting product, but it's the only thing that has ever made a dent in my chronic foot pain, so I'm stocking up on them - since it's really good for a very limited market, I doubt they will be selling them much longer...

Product was a total waste. It literally made the circulation in my leg feel worse while it was on. It felt like getting my blood pressure taken on my leg. Totally useless.

This leg messager worked three times and then would not work again. It was not dead batteries, it was a dead unit.

I thought this would massage the leg area, but instead it worked like a blood pressure cuff, exerting painful pressure without anything that felt like a massage.
The other thing is that it should have been larger in order to be moved around to different parts of the leg. It only fit around the calf area. Had to return it.

I purchased this item due to constant leg cramps, I thought this would help. Unfortunately the product does not work at all. It did work for about 5 minutes, then shut off and will not turn on again. All the lights go on, but nothing happens. The return papers were accidently thrown out, and I have written twice as to how to send this product back, but I have received no answer from the company. I need to send this product back!!!! I will accept a replacement, but I have to know where to ship it to....free of charge since it does not work at all.

The air pressure helps to eliminate aches/pains. Works similar to blood pressure monitor. Easy to operate.

I'm not terribly impressed. I don't feel like this is truly massaging my legs, just pressure, more pressure, less pressure, repeat. Maybe I'll take it along on my next Dr's visit and get his opinion.

I was sure glad to get this product for my leg cramps. It really helped me a lot. Thank you very much.

The massage goes thru to many batteries to quick and it does not apply the pressure the way i envisioned the pressure.

I ordered this for my grandmother, she has trouble with her legs. I got it, put he batteries in, and it didn't work. I called the company and they sent me a return lable to mail it back. I told them I wanted a new one to see if I could get one that worked and filled out the slip to get a replacement. A few days later I got an email from amazon for a refund. I don't know if there was a misunderstanding or maybe there weren't anymore in stock. I decided to not try to reorder this product. If I had to rate just the customer service, I would have given higher then a 1..The guy on the phone was very understanding and fast at getting the return lable to me.
