so i just got this charger and it works great but...
it makes a crazy clicking sound when it is charging.
it is louder than the frig,or my HTPC.
I hope i is just a bad unit because i cant live with this clatter in my living room.

I love this charger. It's so easy to use and it works great. Like others have said it does do a clicking sound, but either it's faded over time or I got so used to it that I don't even notice it anymore. I've had the device for about 2 months now, but now I have a problem with it that I need to figure out.

My third charging section had actually MELTED the controller clip and it stopped functioning. I'm a little worried about using it now (the other two sections that is) as I wonder if the thing is a fire hazard or not...

This is a great charger. The pieces that fit on the controllers are light and easily go into the controllers. The controllers rest to charge with no hassle. Great solution without worry of damaging your controllers like other chargers. Slightly more expensive, but well worth the 10 or 15 dollars more you pay.

This charger burned and melted my controller. I immediately contacted the company and, weeks later, got a response asking me to send back the product. I sent it back a month ago and have heard nothing in response, nor received a replacement, refund, or any sort of compensation or communication since. I do NOT recommend this company or its products and warn any and all from purchasing anything from CTA.

This charger is great looking and space saver. It organizes my controllers neatly and charges them. a little noise but that no big deal for me the piece that goes on the controller is simple to put and its as if that was part of the controller.

BLIND:

The City of Cincinnati has requested that you please make the blue glowing LED brighter, as it currently only lights up a two block radius.

DEAF:

The awesome loud clicking sound makes movie night that much better. Who wouldn't want to hear the sweet soothing sound of electrical switches flipping continuously?

DUMB:

It's super great for making that fourth controller of mine feel completely left out.

Also, the first unit crashed and burned after about a week. And one of the three charging inserts doesn't actually work. The good news is its actually made out of black plastic.
