The partnership of John Lennon with Sir Paul McCartney is one of the best partnerships that the world has ever known, when it came to the song wrting of The Beatles. Both of them wrote fantastic music and lyrics.Once John Lennon was no longer with The Beatles band, which the fab four separated by 1970, John Lennon continued showing us his composing talents, with famous songs such as "Imagine", which is included in this compilation of The Very Best Of John Lennon. Another song by John Lennon, which I find it really amazing is "A Working Class Hero." Is sad! that John Lennon can't continued entertain all of us, but his legacy and music will always live forever! ! !. I would say, that John Lennon was and he will always be, one of the best music composers of the XX Century! !.
