It is always fun to review the work of Mr. Clegg, a former student of mine in Johannesburg.

He and "Juluka" (later "Savuka", or "we have arisen", in Zulu; "Juluka" = "sweat", since they work so hard in their act, both playing and dancing) had a serious, palpable hand in bringing down the noxious system of apartheid, and his music stands the test of time.
