The selections are not as great as the first one but still, you get a lot of previously good & unreleased unplugged performances by REM, the Cranberries, Tori Amos, Seal, Sheryl Crow, Phil Collins & Elton John!!

I had volume 1 for years and then discovered volume 2. I had high hope that volume 2 would be as good as volume 1. Alas this was not to be. It's a good CD but lacks the honesty and gritiness of volume 1. It's to commercial, the music is not as intersting.

A pretty good lineup of artists and a couple songs you don't hear everyday. I keep this one in the car for long trips and it seems to make them go by faster.

I have both MTV Unplugged compilations and I am always listenings to this version. This Version has Elton John, Sheryl Crow, Midnight Oil and a host of other great groups and songs. It is well worth it to get this album. The Sheryl Crow song is espially good, she does a piano solo through most of the song that is very good that seems to go back to her early childhood days. But don't get me wrong it's tough to find a bad song on this album.

MTV Unplugged 1 was a great album, that blended very well. Unplugged two just misses as a combination of songs.
