This cd is well-done for a single disk and all songs are great and sound quality if fantastic. I highly recommend this cd. "I wanna get next to you" has to be one of the sweetest slow jams ever recorded.

So many best of cd's of Rose Royce, but never including the 12"
version of BEST LOVE, the song many soulful 80's lovers are searching for!!!!!!!!!. 5 thumbs down for the record companies.

This is a good compilation of Rose Royce's best songs. The liner notes are decent, and explain the changes in the band's makeup over the years.

Most of the songs appear in the full length album versions. The sound quality is good, but I wish Rhino would use HDCD encoding (like so many other WEA titles do).

It's likely that anyone who buys this will already know the biggest hits on this cd, but if you are unfamiliar with Rose Royce's music, just think "old school" disco and "old school" ballads.

Words can BARELY describe this music. BEAUTIFUL. Can anyone make magic again?

rose royce was tight my faves are wishing on a star, and love don't live here anymore and can't forget the classic I'm goin down remade by mary j blige, ynv, and more recently camron ooh boy. and can't forget the ghetto classic car wash you ain't ghetto til you jammed off that cut so if you feeling rose royce you should get this and keep daddy rich's memory alive.

For those of you like me who didn't grow up listening to R&B radio as a mainstay may not realize how many terrific songs Rolls Royce put out. I went for years thinking they were a one hit wonder with the song Car Wash. When I heard Love Doesn't Live Hear Anymore and learned it was Rolls Royce I began to check out their albums and thought the Greatest Hits would be a good place to start. This album has several great tracks I didn't realize the band performed. A couple sound like re-hash of Car Wash but for the most part this is a must have album. Gwen Dickey is an outstanding vocalist whose talent puts many of the tracks over the top.

My cd arrived in good condition. After seeing Rose Royce on TV One's Unsung show, I just had to get a cd with all their songs. I love to hear the band and especially Gwen Dickey.

This is a "classic" cd of Rose Royce. I was only looking for one song here "Looking for a Star" but I discovered that the entire cd was loaded with great songs, I love it and so does my husband. I even order a second cd for him.

A trip back to the glory days of the films of the 70's. A very good musical trip if you want to go down memory lane. A suggested musical selection.

Like a lot of people, the song I associated with this act was Car Wash. Got this because I needed that song for a theme party and was amazed to find out how many of the groups other songs I had heard over the years. This act is much more than just the novelty a lot of people think. Really tight musicians and incredible vocals. Good party songs as well as slow jams. Overall, a really fun record and a huge surprise for me. If you just know Car Wash, try it, because you'll get more of the same!! Good stuff.
