I love the idea of the game and so did my kids. However, the marker that comes with it didn't even make it through one round of the game. Plus, the board that you are supposed to write on is a cheap cardboard covered in glossy paper - the dry erase marker didn't erase very well from it. I was expecting a mini-dry erase board with the game board imprinted on it - that would have lasted. Didn't make it through one game and it's destined for the trash. Don't buy.

It's a simple game, but cute, and easy enough for our kids, ages 2 and 4. They're always asking to play! Less complicated than the "Very Hungry Caterpillar" Board Game.

My four year old grandson loves this board game. Often, he requests to play it several times in a row. Young children can learn a variety of skills: counting, recognizing the value of taking turns, and watching the Spider Web emerge as the game progresses by drawing the web as we move around the board. And when you land on the "pesky fly" you draw a card with one of the animals from the story and make the appropriate animal sound. All around, this is an excellent game.
