Test Market Success
I just gave my almost-four year old friend, who is starting pre-school tomorrow (with some nervous anticipation), this wonderful book. She laughed at the pictures and commented at the witty story, saying it would be silly to meet friends like that at school and "Look at what is on 'my' lunchbox" on the last page!! The Amazon reviewer seemed to think that the pictures...

Never got it!
I never got this book--ordered in July and it is now September! Very disappointed!

The Amazon reviewer seemed to think that the pictures would upstage the plot. If Helena could write at 4 years old, she would say that there is a fine balance of illustrations and text.
