Great Baby Record Book!,

I searched for a baby book for several weeks, both online, and in various stores around me. This was the best one so far! It met my requirements of covering the first 5 years (most I found only covered the first year), has "Baby's First Christmas" and a second page for other first holidays (most only have one page for "Baby's First Holiday"), and the binding has some room for expansion when I add pictures and memorabilia. Too many other books have a thin binding and will not close properly once pictures are added. I would have preferred a binding that was spiral-bound like the three baby books my mom bought from Hallmark in the 80s. Those books securely hold everything my mom has included in them. I didn't want a binder b/c those pages can be torn too easily and too high risk for losing pages.
The artwork is adorable, the family tree being one of my favorites, and even though some pages have large illustrations that fill them, those can easily be covered with pictures and memorabilia. A helpful hint because this book doesn't come with pockets, buy the Memorabilia Pockets from Creative Memories. They are clear and self-adhesive. The section for showers is only two pages, which might not be enough because I have a big family. Some books I looked at had only one page, or no pages at all. But there are enough extra pages that if I have to change them to cover other subjects that I'd prefer, I can easily do it. Finally, the box is a nice way to protect the book and keep everything with it for storage until it's all secured on the pages.

I loved this book so much when I had my first baby, I bought it for my second baby. It has cute pictures and is very simple to complete. I like the fact that it goes beyond the first year to track milestones as kids get older. I would definitely recommend this to everyone.

This book was very cute and had great pictures, but it only covered the ages of 1-5. It did not have room for pictures of sonograms and of pre birth.
