This is the second copy of this cd I bought, My other one was played so much that it got scratched. I wish they had a video to go with it. I love the track with Alvin being a mennance. on the little drummer boy. I tried to order it again 2 years ago and it was out of print. so I was really excited when they re-released it. It is enjoyable for adults and children.

Christmas , what a great season, and what great memories are rememebred whenever i play this cd of The Chipmunks, allthough i still wanna know just when is Alvin going to get that hula hoop, after all its been a long time, anyway along with all of these famous people singin along with them they do christmas music with style naturally ,as only Alvin and the CHipmunks can do it , its really a great cd especially because its from them to us- Mark Williams(still listenin after 37 years)

I had all of my important Christmas shopping done weeks ago. But there were still the 'Others' on my list -- the in-laws, for instance, the catty neighbors and the dyslexic mailman -- to buy for. I searched long and hard to find just the right items to let them know that I'm not really interested in exchanging presents any longer -- that from now on, every gift begins with 'GUH!'

One Chipmunks song is tolerable. Maybe. Two songs, or a tune repeated, is obnoxious. More than two Chipmunks songs in any twelve-month period is cruel and unusual punishment. So what's an entire ALBUM of Chipmunks songs, that can be played over and over and over by a gaggle of squealing children?

Why, the perfect Christmas gift for the lady next door who lets her kids trample my wife's flower bed every spring. Also? DELICIOUS REVENGE.

By Track 3, I expect to see the woman running screaming from her house in agony. I hear Track 4 was used on prisoners in Gitmo, after waterboarding was outlawed. Track 7 -- featuring Celine Dion, no less -- is specifically outlawed in an amendment to the Geneva Convention. If she lasts through the entire CD, I'll be superbly impressed.

And then her kids will beg to play it again. And again. And once more before bed. God, I love the holidays.

I love this cd. I pull it out around christmas time every year and I enjoy singing along to the old time chrsitmas classics, as well with annoying my family with it. One of my favorite songs is "The Little Drummer Boy" which features Alvin on the drums. there are garuntee laughs and a whole lot of fun with this c.d.!

This would have made for a wonderful CD that kids and Adults could enjoy together, but some of the songs are realy stupid.. A comes before B, and the terrible verson of The little Drummer Boy really drag down the CD.

Alvin sounds like a bratty kid who seems to think that if Santa doesn't get to him first, then he will not come at all. The little Drummer Boy shows Alvin being way out of control dring some concert. If these songs were ment to be funny, I must not have caught the joke...

Liked... Here Comes Christmas, Petite Papa Noel, The Chipmunk Song, I don't want to be Alone for Christmas, and Rudolph The Red Nosed Raindeer... Other then the 2 stinkers on the CD.. It could have been better without the 2 songs mentioned...
