hardcore, graphic, beautiful: sexual manichean allegory,
By gerold firl (poway, ca USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: A Very Special Prison (Paperback)
In _A Very Special Prison_ Erich von Gotha uses his stunningly beautiful depiction of sexual slavery as an allegory for the manichean worldview of the human condition. Emma Mcalistair is a beautiful blonde who finds the pleasurable aspects of incarnation to be the most interesting aspect of human life, and her delicious body, beautiful face, and unquenchable desire inspire agreement in everyone around her. A highly extra-judicial procedure lands her in a "very special prison", where she gets just about as much as she can handle. Her arrival brings pleasure, and her departure leaves you hungry for more. After some initial qualms, Emma decides that if life consists of sexual pleasure, she'll just have to make the best of it. So she does, in fine style, looking as good as the pen of man has ever rendered the female form. If you only buy one book of philosophy this year, make it _a very special prison_.

delicious graphic pornography with an S/M flavor,

Eric von Gotha brings his luscious blonde heroine into the depths of a "very special prison," in which she joins a bevy of equally beautiful inmates in suffering all manner of sexual humiliation. The pen and ink work is lovely, and there is even a plot of sorts! Von Gotha's artistry can portray the anguish and tears of a subjugant far more effectively than any photo or video of a live, disinterested model I have seen.

Great artwork... but only so-so erotica...,

I thought the drawings were wonderful, but the story line here is a bit too brutal. This poor girl is constantly beaten and sexually assaulted by her jailers who delight in being cruel to her for some unexplained reason. While this can be erotic at times, eventually it just becomes monotonous. Probably the sexiest part (in my opinion) was when one of the female guards takes an interest in our pretty prisoner, but then a male guard is quick to interfere before the scene gets even remotely interesting. Still, the artwork was quite pretty. I just wish the author showed more imagination.

Disappointing,

I was very disappointed. The story was rushed with little plot. The art work was good, not great. I read the reviews and thought this would be a wonderful addition to my library, but I'll sell as soon as I can. Michael Manning or Parris Quinn as better options.
