Book Description

March 26, 2009
Nikola Tesla was a man of letters. He wrote many letters to the editors of the magazines and newspapers of his day. These letters give a fascinating glimpse into the mind of an eccentric genius. Collected here for the first time are more than forty of Nikola Tesla's letters. The subject matter ranges widely, as Tesla was interested in almost everything. In these letters he responds to Marconi and Edison, gives his thoughts on the wars of his day, corrects inconsistencies in news reports, and much much more. Nikola Tesla has been called the most important man of the 20th Century. Without Tesla's ground-breaking work we' d all be sitting in the dark without even a radio to listen to.

2.0 out of 5 stars Good content, bad edition, January 5, 2012
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I'm giving this book two stars not for the content itself but for the Kindle edition in particular.

The text contains multiple errors such as repeated words, missing formulas, uncapitalized sentences and tables that don't fit the Kindle screen.

As for the content, Mr. Tesla was a man really ahead of its time, and its very interesting to see in his own words his predictions about the future development of electrical and wireless technology, physics and the general understanding of the principles of nature.

I apologize for any grammatical error in this review, English is not my primary language but I try to be as clear as possible.
