This book is organized into nine sections dealing with various areas of executive
decision-making. Financial decisions; leadership skills; manufacturing and operations; marketing; organization and human resources; product development and innovation; sales management; strategic planning & general decision-making. Some are a bit technical, some are a bit dated, but all in all this book is a good tool as a starting point
