To be honest, this book is extremely overpriced, and the information in it is very dated. The publisher, Greenwood Press, was bought out in 2008 by ABC-CLIO, which makes ebook and Kindle versions available. The ebook and Kindle are also overpriced. And to be even more honest, the latest, most current state and federal information is all accessible for free through the VA website. However, if you decide you want this book to use as a handy starting point or historical reference. I recommend you buy the ebook or Kindle version.

About the Author

R. E. ARMSTRONG served nearly two full tours with the First Field Force Artillery in the Central Highlands of South Vietnam.

TERRY P. RIZZUTI joined the Marine Corps in April 1966 and served in Vietnam as a "grunt" from October 1966 to November 1967 assigned to Golf Company, 2nd Battalion, 26th Marine Regiment.

My State Representative has a copy of this book and we are working on improving benefits for the State of Oklahoma. Our benefit book now has thirty two pages and seven of those are dedicated to license plates.
All PX's and BX's should have this book available to all future veterans so they can get ready to return to civilian life in their home state or any state they decide to live in.
Every Veterans Organization should have this book to have informed service officers to help veterans. Also this book should be used by service organizations to help them improve their own State's benefits.

Very informative and comprehensive , a thourough and well organized list of state programs to aid any vet looking to simplify their search through the quagmire we call governmental agencies.
