I had an opportunity to look through this book when a fellow vet tech student borrowed it to use for our Surgery class. It has ALOT of helpful information and was particularly beneficial for me in regards to monitoring during surgery and how to handle surgical emergencies (hypoxemia, hypovolemia, etc.). I would definitely recommend getting this book!

This could be excellent handbook for quick refference with most approved anesthesia techniques described. Exceptionally good section on inhalation anaesthesia and required apparatus.
Unfortunatelly the book lacks listing of all possible protocols and anaesthetic combinations with individual doses.

Helpful book--I have just begun my class in this area, so I have not really gotten into it yet but I can tell when I look ahead that there is much useful info in it.

I am a first time buyer on "Amazon" & was quite happy with their customer service and timely manner that the book was delivered.
I am taking the Vet. Tech. exam and needed this book, and others, to review some of my protocals and procedures.
My book was delivered in excellent condition and was not damaged in any way.
Their prices were comparable and I would use "Amazon" again!
