Active ingredients per tablet:pumpkin seed powder 150 mgrehmannia glutinosa (root) powder 150 mgwild yam extract 150 mgsoy protein extract 100 mgcorn silk powder 60 mgsaw palmetto extract 60 mgolive leaf (15-percent oleuropein) extract 50 mgpyridoxine hcl (vitamin b6) 25 mg inactive ingredients: brewers yeast, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, smoke flavor, stearic acid, vegetable stearate.caution: safe use in pregnant animals or animals intended for breeding has not been proven. (due to saw palmetto which may increase the risk of bleeding when taken with blood thinners such as aspirin, warfarin, nsaids, heparin, and others). If animal’s condition worsens or does not improve, stop product administration and consult your veterinarian.use with caution with hypotension (due to the olive leaf extract in the product.) Not to be used in animals experiencing diarrhea.

We had our female Husky/Malamute on Proin with no success. She still had accidents 3 - 4 times a day. Since she has epilepsy, she is also on medicine for that. We looked for something more natural as we didn't like the idea of multiple prescriptions. So, we tried this and it works well after a short amount of time. Within a week, she now is down to just one accident a week. Much better for both her and us.

To me it is worth 5 stars to not have daily issues and cleanups!

Our standard poodle started leaking while she was resting or sleeping. These tablets helped her to leak less but didn't stop it completely. After trying these for several months, we ended up getting her a prescription from the vet. So far the prescription is working, and I haven't noticed any ill effects.

I've had great success with this supplement. My 3 year old lab has spay induced incontinence due to low levels of estrogen. Our vet recommended this supplement, and our dog's symptoms have almost completely disappeared. Definitely worth a try if your dog has the same problem.
