This product is wonderful. I adopted a shar-pei pitbull with horribly infected ears, I tried the vets suggestion for months with little to no improvement. The poor dog flapped her ears and scratched them raw. I found this product on the web and gave it a try. It has a pleasant odor and is relatively easy to use, depending on your dog of course. Use it in conjuntion with the ear dry cream as directed and you will be plesantly surprised. I went from daily cleanings to once a month to now I just check them occasionally. It's fantastic and other dogs that have tried it have had similar results.

This is the very best ear cleaner I have ever tried. I have bought all the expensive vet cleaners and nothing has helped. My shar-pei has very high maintenance ears & within a week of using this cleaner, he experienced GREAT relief from the itching, shaking & inflammation. I'd highly recommend this cleaner to anyone - it'll make your dog smell better too. Most bad dog odors come from their ears.........

... and it's solved. These guys really know how to make a good product. Our golden had some serious black-gunk ear infection going on, I tried everything and a few things made the problem go away for a few days but it always came back, no matter what. I had almost given in, when I found this stuff on the shelf, tried it out and lo-and-behold it worked!! Thank you!!

My 6 yr old yellow lab has always had trouble with his ears. Infections, itching, shaking his head, earwax, you name it - he had it. I have used every product I can think of including massive prescriptions from the vet. Since using this product he no longer even notices his ears! I took him to the vet today and he said his ears look wonderful! WOW! I use this with the Veterinarian's Best Ear Relief Wash. It's so easy and has a very pleasant smell. If your dog has problems with his ears, try this! I highly recommend it!

I love this product. All other ear washes I've seen have harsh ingredients, and always end up irritating my poor beagle's ears, even when only used twice a week, although they claim suitability for daily use. This product is outstanding in its ability to remove excess materials, eliminates odors, and fosters quick healing. I have great confidence in veterinarian's best brand, which consistently uses good quality natural ingredients.

This is the best ear wash I've ever used (and I've used a lot....). I have a 10 year old lab who used to be prone to ear infections (like a lot of labs are - those floppy ears don't get a lot of air flow), we fought them from the time he was a pup. I discovered this stuff at my workplace (I work at a doggie daycare/boarding facility) - it's the stuff my boss had bought for us to use in our groom room (we don't do full grooming, but we have the necessities just in case). I was first amazed at how good this stuff smelled - and then I used it on a few nasty eared labs and basset hounds and I couldn't believe how well it worked! I had to get myself some for my lab and my Rottie mix.

I began by cleaning out my lab's ears a couple times a week (about what we normally did to keep them from getting too infected), and then I only needed to do so once a week, and now I only clean them when they get baths (once a month) unless I notice him scratching or digging at his ears (which is extremely rare). This has been the only thing to keep his ears clean (and that's including prescribed cleaners from the vet). I even sold my aunt on it for her Chessies who are prone to dirty ears as well and she's seen a difference, too. She bought it after they had changed their label - but it's the same stuff.

If you have a dog that gets ear infections or dirty ears easily, buy this stuff - you won't be disappointed. Use it weekly at first and then you'll probably be able to wean it down to bi-monthly or even monthly use. I don't know what it is, but when it cleans them it helps prevent future build-up - and I love it (no more stinky, gunky ears) and my lab loves it, too (no digging, irritation, or itching)! We've since bought others cleaners to use at work, but I always go for this stuff first.

And a bottle this size lasts - I bought my first bottle in October 2009 and still have at least a quarter of a bottle left - and that's using it on 2 dogs at least once a month.

I have owned Cocker Spaniels for over 30 years, so I have used a lot of different ear cleaners. This is the absolute best I have ever used!! I use in conjunction with the Ear Relief Dry and was amazed at the results the first time I used it. Even better than any prescription product I have ever used.

I have purchased many ear washes for my dog ears and none of them seem to work or take the odor away. So I decided to order this and give it a try, and i'm so happy I did. This take the odor away and keep my dog ears smelling fresh and clean. I have wasted so much money going to vet for my dog ears, but after using this ear wash, I no longer have to go for that. Her ears are so much healthier now. That even her vet commented on how good her ears looked. I highly recommend this product. Give it a try you wont regret your purchase.

Don't get me wrong I love this product. I have a customer that calls me strickly for ear cleanings because of this product. However it came in a newly designed bottle this time and within the first 2 hours it was accidently knocked off my table and the top portion of the bottle just broke off and shot across my grooming truck almost completely spilling the entire contents of the bottle. So I dig the old bottle out of the hair and pour what was left into the older bottle which has been knocked off by countless fussy dogs.

So great product, crappy bottle this time, stick with white plastic bottle not new dark bottle.

We used this on our two year old lab mix twice and both times he had an odd reaction. We washed out his ears during the evening at 5:00AM the next morning he was licking like he had had peanut butter. We let him outside because we thought he was going to vomit and he ran around eating grass and leaves. We gave him food and after about 30 minutes he was able to settle down. On both occasions he had diarrhea. I would give this product zero stars if that was an option. I will stick with our vet from now on.
