If your taking this product by itself I would rate it a 2.5 out of 5 but if you take it along with other vitamins its a 3 or 3.5. I wouldn't advise this item for someone that suffers from any serious type of depression and etc. but if your looking for a little pep along with some energy vitamins you could get what your looking for.
