I gave it 5 stars back in April, and got a 1 of 2 helpful rating. Folks, I don't work for the company, seriously. Now it is June, and I have been using it every other day since February. 1 ml of 5% Minoxidil after shampooing on day one, the Laser Brush on day two. It is beyond question now that my hair has grown back in on top. Direct sunlight, 6-bulb vanity mirrors - it doesn't matter. Where there used to be thin and scalp, is now parted hair - thick hair. I may not be back to age 18, but I have knocked out 5-10 years of slow but steady loss. I don't know what else to say except that when I wake up tomorrow morning, I'll grab a cup of coffee, then the Laser Brush. PS: I had tried Rogaine alone before with no noticeable results.

I'm female and ordered this product for thinning hair along the top of my forehead. I faithfully followed the intstructions to a tee - but nothing worked and no one including myself noticed anything. Infact the odd thing was that some grey hairs grew out of the area. Anyhow, I don't think it worth the expense even though it is cheaper than other similar products. It simply does not work - don't waste your money.

I used this product religiously, every second day, for 4 months, while I did notice that the hair I had became a little nicer, softer, stronger, etc. It did not make any new hair grow at all.

I almost purchased this product and then did some research on the company. Type in your search engine the name "Lou Lentine" (who's associated with Viatek) and read about the lawsuits he's had for selling products with false claims. I went ahead and spent the $200 extra to get the hairmax comb, do your own research and you'll see why.

I'm a 55 year old woman. My hair started falling out by the roots on top of my head - my part was getting wider and wider. I was horrified, to be sure. My Dr. said "Too bad, it's probably menopause related." I can't even remember where I saw this unit initially, but I bought mine on an auction site about 2 years ago. Who knows exactly why my hair grew back, but I've used this faithfully, and it was the only thing I used for my hair loss.
Perhaps it was stress, hormones, etc that was the culprit in the 1st place, but I'm not going to stop using it to find out.

I'm a 55 year old female with thin hair &I started using the Viatek hair Pro Feb 1st.It's been a month of using it 3 times a week(very easy to do). This is what I've noticed so far: softer shiny hair,short spiky hair stand up when I comb it which was not there before so I think it's new growth.Also along my hair line is new hair.So far so good. I'll up date in 6 months to see how it's going.

This product has lived up to the hype. I was skeptical at first, but I feel my hair to be shinier, healthier and stronger looking than before. Just follow the instruction and it will work for you too. I don't know about the regrowing of your hair part. I'm just saying that it makes the hair you do have better than it was before.

I am a 62 yr old woman who has been losing hair for a little over a year. I have used women's Rogaine for 8 months, a very little success--It made the hair was fall out more slowly. So about two months ago I moved up to Men's Rogaine and started using the Hair Pro.Today I had my hair cut and my hairdresser and I agree that my hair is thicker now than it was. Maybe it's the Rogaine, or maybe it's the Hair Pro, or the combination of the two. But I am relieved to have found a solution to a seemingly hopeless problem.

I am a 56 yr old male with thinning hair in front and top. I haven't used it long enough to see how well it works but my hair I have feels and looks thicker. It states in the info you get with it that it will thicken your hair and make it look better which it says it will do.

Took me longer to get back so sorry! I am happy because I started using "Perfect Image" which contains 15% minoxidil. I use the brush every other day and the liquid 4-5 days once a day. I was getting nicer hair w/ some regrowth using brush only. NOW I use a combo of the 2 using a good shampoo as well. Using good products instead of store brand has worked miracles. I have cut some of the newer hair and more coming in. Don't expect overnight success...It takes time to work. Hope this helps someone!

About 2 months ago I ordered through your website a Laser Hair Removal System machine-on their site. I have never been more disappointed with anything I've ever bought through internet (I'm a regular amazon custumer ). First, it took ages to arrive, then it came broken, just wouldn't even turn on.
I called the US and talked to one of their representatives and she said they would send a replacement.
I NEVER got any replacement, I wrote 3 them and but I just get NO RESPONSE WHAT SO EVER.
Dont buy anything from this company, unless ypou want to risk loosing your money!
I lost over $100!
