"The Vibrant Life" is one of those books that have become my personal
friend: it rests on the bedside table, and every evening I pick it up
to get a little dose of support. Just like a brief, friendly talk with
a compassionate friend might do.
Donna Thomson's language is so clear and simple, that it helps my own
thinking clear up as I read. The advice is sound and practical, which
is so precious to me: I often want help immediately. And I get
immediate answers as to how to help myself.
"The Vibrant Life" caught me at a moment in my life when I felt so
overwhelmed with responsabilities that I could not even fathom finding
any time for a consistent spiritual practice other then those moments
before I went to sleep.
"The Vibrant Life" showed me how simple it is to begin to take
care of myself, and a spiritual practice has naturally evolved since
then. With gratefulness and joy,

I have been privileged to work with Donna Thomson's meditations for many years now, and have found them to be entirely beneficial for myself and for clients of my psychotherapy practice. They are so easily accessible, and so direct and effective, that it is sometimes hard to believe that such simple methods could make such an immediate difference.

Donna Thomson's new book, The Vibrant Life, is a gem. In easy-to-digest sections, it outlines the use of the meditative mindstate to channel our energy for healing ourselves, our relationships, and our connections with the world. The key message is that we and everything we encounter is energy, and that we have the ability to influence this energy by our intention. Thomson's art is to present this life-changing premise with a light touch and to show us that we don't have to meditate in a cave for twenty years before changing our lives. Read this book, and start doing it now!
