5.0 out of 5 stars The Vicar only gets better!, September 9, 2000

This review is from: The Vicar of Dibley, Vol. 6 - Spring & Summer [VHS] (VHS Tape)
This tape contains the episodes "Spring" and "Summer." One of the villagers in "Spring" was quite surprising, but I'm not telling which one! All right, it's David, but I'm not saying why, and I mean that! "Summer" dealt with a drought in our poor village and had some quite hilarious remarks about body odor. All in all, some of the best episodes of Vicar, and one can only hope that more episodes are produced in the future.

4.0 out of 5 stars Spring and Summer, September 18, 2000
This review is from: The Vicar of Dibley, Vol. 6 - Spring & Summer [VHS] (VHS Tape)
Well, let's see. This is once again a recommendation to all 'Vicar' fans! Love is finally professed to the Vicar. A situation I think could very well be brought back if the series continues. I will not say who, but it's pretty obvious. In the second episode, the residents of Dibley realize how much the need each other. Hand - Cuffs anyone? C'mon! complete your collection. This one is worth it!

5.0 out of 5 stars Dawn French and company are brilliant!!, July 23, 2001

This review is from: The Vicar of Dibley, Vol. 6 - Spring & Summer [VHS] (VHS Tape)
The entire ensemble of Vicar of Dilby are marvelous. Each character is ecccentiric and marvelously funny. Alice is my particular favorite and the bit she and Dawn French do at the end of each episode is delightfully funny. The humor is off the wall and at the same time quite innocent. A great relief from the usual fare. Thanks to Saunders and French.
