I've tried many of the products out there, this one works great and lasts for at least two days, many times three. I would defiantly recommend this to my closest friends. Many of the competitors either do not work make me feel flush and most times give me a headache.
This product seems to have the best of both worlds.

This works. Two capsules with a cup of hot water on an empty stomach, wait 45 minutes. Coax it along, don't get in a hurry. As it grows, straining as when emptying bladder and squeezing will help force chemicals into it and expand blood vessels. Stay with it until a hand on top won't collapse it. No side effects but sour stomach, a few tums will fix. Blood pressure remains constant.

I gotta say I was pleased to find something that woks in a gentle but profound way, not like the jittery tight chest feeling you get with some other products I've tried. Alcohol has no ill effects, in fact, it enhanced it if anything. One more thing, I've had satisfactory results with half the recommended dosage (one capsule instead of two)
