I have never written a reveiw on a product before now. But I felt an obligation to all who may be searching for a solution for their hair loss. As a woman in her mid 40's I was seeing my hair thinning, and more and more hair loss with each washing. I was getting really concerned and went to a dermatologist who told me not to worry because it is all part of aging. But I wasn't going to rest that easy! After much research, I came across this wonderful product. I only use the shampoo, because it seemed to do the trick all by itself, but I imagine the other products work very well too. I have used Dercos shampoo faithfully now for 2+ years - and it has completely stopped my hair from falling out, and restored a luster I haven't had in years. I highly recommend this to anyone who has fears of hair loss. Thank you Vichy, for providing this product. And hopefully, one day it will be on the shelves in the U.S.!

I have noticed the change in my hair very quickly after using this product. People has started to make comments about my hair looking full and healthy. I have tried many different products in the past; none of them made any difference. My cousin, who has vitiligo told me about the product; she was losing her hair in a concerning way. She was recommended this product by our famil Dr and then after seeing results on her I decided to try.

This is at least 5th time I am buying this item and the 2nd time I am buying it from this seller.

It works perfectly for stopping hair loss and preventing it. Overall hear become much healthier and look great. Plus it takes care of the split ends of the hair - if you cut them and start using the shampoo you'll not have them any more.

Hi, I am thoroughly impressed with this product. My scalp has never felt better and I have not seen but the loss of a few hairs during a shower compared to the many of products I have used previously even some prescriptions my doctor recommended. A very close friend who lives in Brazil told me about this brand and title. It was immediately available at Amazon and shipped very efficiently. Amazon has always taken very good care seeing to it that customer satisfaction on all levels were of prime concern. They located the brand and the title of it for me within seconds after I requested it. I like this product so much that I am interested to try other products of the Vichy line.

This shampoo caused severe hair loss for me. I purchased it with hope for help, but it caused loss of full hands of hair instead to help and I cannot continue using it. Very bad experience so far. It may work for others, but for me had bad reaction. Sorry, but I cannot recommend this product to other based on my negative experience.

So the jury is still out on stopping the hair loss but I have only used this for about 3 weeks now. I did think my hair count was going down during the 2nd week but that was only a few times and then it went back to almost what it had been prior. I bought 2 bottles of this and will use both then decide whether it really helps or not. I did not purchase the serum to go with this because of the cost and the fact that my hair loss is not severe. Several years ago I lost about half my hair because of anemia, low estrogen and low thyroid. I now lose under 100 hairs per day which my doctor says is ok and I have millions of new hairs of all different lengths which means although my hair still falls out quite a lot, it is also growing back. I do think this shampoo helps give my hair more body and I also like the way it smells. I was concerned it would fade my hair color but so far it is looking good. I will most likely buy this again and if I find a good deal on the serum I will include it as well.

I have never written a review on a product before. But I thought that it might be helpful to somebody else. The product came exactly as advertised, and on time. I do advise everybody to use it daily. It's the only shampoo that stops my hair from falling out...

I highly recommend this shampoo to anyone who has fears of hair loss.

I ordered this shampoo a few months ago. for the first week after using it, it decreased my hair loss a bit. but after the first week, my hair loss was like before. maybe this shampoo is not working for me because i have a super oily hair, idk. at least after using it for a month, i can say that it didn't work for me at all.

well, i don't know about the details how it works. but it certainly less agitates my hair.

I never received my order but it has marked as it has been delivered.
I left a comment for my order and then my shipping details are changed and the shipment date set back to a date which is even earlier. How is it possible for them to play around and make up random delivery dates for a product that has never been shipped?
After I submitted a delivery inquiry to the seller company, Omorfia shop, they said it is not their fault,it is the post office's fault. The customer services emailed saying they will contact the post office and keep me updated. This did not happen too. I paid for a product which has never been delivered. I am not going to shop from them or from amazon again.
