The CD contains the hits of the best hispanic rapper. His songs contain lyrics that are creative and meaningful.

This album offers Vico C's greatest hits from 1989-1994. There are some great songs on the two albums that followed this one, so this is by no means the only Vico C album that you'll ever need. But it still has all of the classics that made him the most famous all-Spanish rapper of that era.

Recta Final was the 1989 single that pushed him past Ruben DJ's fame in Puerto Rico, and is also the hardest song on the album. Viernes 13 is also one of my favorite old school jams, which was also a hit on PR radio. Xplosión (1993) is still my favorite Vico album, and this album has the hits Saboréalo, and the reggae-themed title cut. What's important about Xplosión is that it's the bridge between Spanish reggae by El General, and what was eventually called Underground (then Reggaeton) in Puerto Rico. The most pop Vico gets on the greatest hits album is the catchy "Mundo Artificial."

The #1 reason why you should buy this CD is "Me Acuerdo", which to this day still gets played on Spanish radio. This was really the song that made me a Vico C fan, and to this day it's still the best Spanish rap ballad every recorded. This is a great compilation of hits, and must-have album for any fan of old-school Spanish rap.
