I was hopeful because a similar product was used at my job and seems to have worked. I bought this for my condo and spotted a mouse not even three feet away from the PestChaser Wall Unit. I checked the devise and the light was lit indicating it was working. What a disappointment! Mice are not repelled by this item; they look at it and laugh! This product doesn't even deserve a star.

I will say I had a really stubborn rat in my house, I tried a lot of things that didn't work before old fashioned poison finally did the trick and this was one of the things that had zero effect.

Excellent device . It is a bit pricey but I must say since I started using it have not seen a single mouse. I even set up a mouse trap with peanut butter and chesse and I cought nothing. problem I a had is gone. Highly recomended. Just want to let you know that it works only in the room you place it so make sure you put it in the area where you know that you are having the pest problem

Seems to be keeping the problem under control as it seems the city is having a huge problem. Ours is reduced!

This product has been great at keeping away the mice. However, sometimes I can be heard, and is a little annoying, but only if you're very close to it.

Haven't seen or heard any "critters" since plugging this in on the porch. Guess it is working! :)
