I was pleasantly surprised at how much I would like this book. There are great photos which capture our most inner need to find comfort in our surroundings and to be able to 'hide' from the cold and often cruel world in which we all live in. I realized how easy it can be to create such a space in my small home by simply following some of the advice in the book - as well as simply studying the photos to create ideas for my own needs and space available.
I applaud this book and hope that everyone else who reads it can find the joy in quiet and intimate spaces to refresh the mind and nurture the soul - just like it did for me!

This is a beautiful book that will inspire you to create a haven in your own home. It will show you how to decorate simply, yet set a mood in your home that will truly be a place you can enjoy and look forward to coming home to. So worth taking the time to read.
