this item is cute and easy to put together, all you need to do is screw the top (house) into the pole/base.
Problem is the base is only about 3" wide, much smaller than the actual house topper - Makes it very unstable. I'd suggest using it indoors for display or (as i'm going to attempt to do ) is buy a piece of round wood and glue it to the base or even use a plastic plate and paint it to match. it's very small too - keep in mind the measurements. If you intend to use it outside, it's so small and so short you can't really see it out among the landscaping.
