A poor imitation of a trunk,

We have had this trunk for a few months and use it for a coffee table and storage.
Aesthetics: 1/5 - Looks much better in the picture; in real life, the materials look a bit cheap. Also it came with (and still has) an unpleasant odor inside. Durability: 0/5 - The "leather" detail (actually, more like thick paper strips) are attached with small nails and perhaps some adhesive... one of the nails came off already and the strip is hanging off. Also, it is not sturdy enough to use as seating. Ease of Use: 2/5 - As a table, it does OK. It is a bit of a hassle to open and close though, as the straps flail about and get in the way. |
