The description of the book promised pictures, information on selecting a shawl and pricing. The pictures are beautiful and each picture has a price attached. Good luck finding the same shawls. The information on selecting a shawl is vague. The author says he had a friend who enlightened him on identfying the origin of a shawl by looking at the design in the gates but he does not pass any of that knowlege on. I'm sorry I paid this much for a coffee table book.
