Searched this out because I saw it recommended on America's Test Kitchen as the "Best" bang for the buck. Got the Victorinox chef's knife to go with it and the team is the best investment I've made for my kitchen in many years. A few quick swipes each time I chop or carve and it's like slicing butter. And I thought Cutco knives were so amazing. HA! Order, delivery, etc., were quick and easy.
