The knife was larger than it looks on the page . It has a very comfortable ,large non slip handle , and
the blade is strong and very sharp . It blends right in with my other high quality knives . I deboned a chicken and it did an excellent , quick and easy job of it .

Wanted a good name knife and Victorinox delivered. I would definitely buy any of their other knives even if they preformed half as well as this one.
