I bought this knife about 6 months ago and I couldn't be happier. Is my daily use knife at the restaurant where I work. It's sharp, very light,easy to handle and really confortable. My co-workers are crazy about it too, I wouldn't trade it for any knife in that same price range.
If you want everything that an expensive knife offers but you don't have the money, this one of the best options out there, it really does the job.

I bought this knife because not only did was it rated very highly by a food magazine that I trust, but it came with a choice of colors for the handle - utilitarian and cool! And the seller is the best - wonderful communication and utterly fabulous customer service...can't beat it!

I have been cooking for almost fifty years. This is the best chef's knife I have ever used. It makes food preparation so much more enjoyable. My advice to anyone thinking of buying is to take care to treat it as an extremely sharp tool that can cut fingers if not handled carefully.

Probably the best all around chef's knife @ about 20% of the cost of some lesser knives
