On first glance and holding, this knife seems to be a lightweight. But it really handles so well in the kitchen. I marvel at its functionality.

I normally think highly of Victorinox cutlery but the handle on this knife is too small for a person that has large thick hands.

Good for the Price,

This knife is very sharp from the factory, unlike many of the American made ones that need some honing. I don't care much for the puny handle (I like more meaty handles, even on parers). But it is fine for most smaller jobs. The thin blade is very good for delicate jobs. For this price I just buy a new one every year or so when the blade becomes full of nicks.
